Here’s me in Mexico! Some of my most recent “Mexican workouts.”
Today: (morning)
Run 1 mile
5lb weights (light weights for you): 10 jabs, 10 uppercuts, 10 backhands, 10 shoulder press in a row
10 ballerina squats, 5 ballerina squats with one calf lifted, 5 with other
punches again, 3X followed by legs 
8 minutes zumba
(Afternoon)
Run 1 mile
20 min hill program on elliptical
Punches & squats again this time with an extra 15 regular squats and using 20lb dumbbell for ballerina squats
Dumbbell curls to extensions 10X3 with abs in between - 10 butterfly crunches 5 v-ups
